This past weekend we decided to venture out and do something fall-related despite the cold temps. Last year, we went to Mapleside Farms and had a good time, but this year decided to go somewhere new. We settled on Maize Valley in Hartville. Ky had a really good time... she loves doing new things and seeing new sights.
The bundled up kiddos...

Checking out the farm animals... donkey and goats...

Feeding a sheep...

Meanwhile, Gav just chilled in the stroller... such a trooper, even though it was COOOLLDD!

Getting ready for the animal train ride... she chose the pink pig car.

She really enjoyed the hay bales and rolling around in the hay...
Running through the tunnels was fun too... and she informed me this morning that she "wasn't scared of the black fings in the hay... it was ok."
This little goat liked Kylie... and Ky loved this goat... "ohhhh he's sooo cute!!"
Next, (and this was my favorite part), we hit up the market for some hot, homemade donuts (YUMMO!) and bought a warm apple pie and some apple butter!
One last shot before heading home... couldn't resist this photo-op- the "How Tall This Fall" sign:
