Since starting the basement last weekend, Matt has spent much of his free time down there working. And when he is not down there working, he is thinking about being down there working. This life will be our new reality for the next 3 months as he hurriedly tries to finish it before baby arrives, bringing with him lots and lots of luggage (aka.. baby swings, bouncers, toys, toys, toys, etc.).
Kylie is quite fond of this new adventure! She insists on being in the basement whenever daddy is and has taken on the role of daddy's little supervisor.
Also, a special thank you goes out to Tim, who has been a huge help so far!
You're going to love your finished basement...just throw the toys down the stairs and forget about them when you're in a hurry! Although the glass paned door to my basement is kinda like a window to the mess below! Hahaha!
