Vaca continued...

So it may be September 1st but I'm still going to pretend it is summer and share a little more from vacation.

These photos are from a night we all went out to dinner. We sat at a picnic table under a big beautiful tree, by the water, watching the sun set, listening to a live reggae band, sipping on yummy drinks, eating delicious food, watching the kids play cornhole, watching Kenny catch lizards, taking a walk on the dock, seeing a crocodile for the first time, enjoying each other's company and taking lots and lots of pictures. This night was a really good night.

HHI '11.

This year's family vaca was once again such a fabulous week. Hilton Head is our happy place and it proved to be again this year.

After we arrived and peeled ourselves out of the car, we threw our bags in the house and quickly changed into suits to enjoy the pool with its "super duper" (as Ky would say) warm water.

Somebody was happy to be on vacation (or just to be out of the car for that matter)!

After some swimming and dinner we celebrated Syd's 12th birthday!!!!

The next morning we enjoyed lots of beach time. Kylie proved that she hasn't lost her scales yet... the little fish was at it again this year. She LOVES the beach and could run and splash in the surf all day long!
