Strawberry Picking.

Last weekend we went to a local farm and picked some strawberries. The kids thought this was the best thing ever! They had SO much fun and can't wait to do it again next year!

Matt recorded Gavie and I'm so glad that he did. This video cracks us up! This is so our Gavo!

We enjoyed a relaxing Father's Day celebrating our daddy and grandpa Tim (we missed our Pa but we will see him soon).

More soccer.

Kylie's 1st soccer season has wrapped up. She will hang her cleats up for a few months before starting back in August for the fall season. The last few games she really started enjoying it and looking forward to her next game (and asking me daily, "how many more days til soccer?").

Ky's last game was against her neighbor (and good friend) Evan's team. They had fun playing against each other and spent the time on the sidelines chatting away.

Hello June!

We've missed you!

The kiddies enjoyed some summertime food at the neighborhood Memorial Day party last weekend.

It's good to see corn on the cob, popsicles, tank tops, rosy cheeks and sweaty hair again!

Last day of preschool.

A mere 9 months ago, I very nervously dropped off my baby girl at her 1st day of preschool. She immediately fell in love and enjoyed every day of learning, meeting new friends, playing, crafting, reading, and snacking. Mostly snacking. (It was the 1st, and sometimes only, thing she would tell me about when she got in the car after class).

She started her year as an almost 4 year old with a little baby face and a sheepish grin.

And finished her year today, as a 4 (and 2/3's) year old with a longer, older face and an excited grin!

Yep, definitely bigger and older.

Make that a lot older!

Next year will be another year of preschool (3 days a week instead of 2) before heading off to that "K" place. Not ready to talk about that yet...

Luckily I have 1 more year with my preschooler.

And, now summer can join us. We are ready!
